Introduction
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website, services, and products. Your access to and use of the services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Service Description
We provide a size finder service that helps users determine the right size of products. The service includes integration of our size finder tool into your website and a 6-month subscription to keep the tool active.
Subscription Terms
Our service is offered on a subscription basis. The total subscription period includes seven months. Upon subscribing, the first month’s non-refundable fee will be charged upfront, which covers the integration of our service into your website. The remaining six monthly payments cover the subscription for the service to be active on your website. If the integration process is completed before the end of the first month, the subscriber will receive the remaining days of that month as a free service.
VAT Regulations
VAT may be applied to the fees depending on your location. If you are a United Kingdom registered entity, VAT will be added to the fees.
Usage Terms
The fees cover websites that receive up to 80,000 sessions per month. If your website exceeds this limit, you will be contacted to choose a different plan within five days. Failure to choose a different plan may result in termination of the service without any right to a refund.
Service Details
Fully bespoke sizing models will be created specifically for your e-commerce store and updated on a monthly basis, provided that the client supplies return data. No data entry required by your team. Initial sizing models will be created based on information your website currently contains, e.g. existing size charts. Sizing models will learn and improve based on sales and refunds data. The standard widget will be visually adapted to match your website’s colours and fonts by our team. No other visual customizations are available with this plan. The size finder widget front end is available in any language. If you require additional UX, UI, or other customizations, please contact us for the Pro plan.
Access and Reports
Retailers will have access to the standard dashboard and will receive an automated monthly report on the performance of the technology on their website. The size finder widget front end is available in any language, but the dashboard with this plan is only available in English.
Single Domain Limitation
This plan is only available for a single domain.
Intellectual Property
All graphics, designs, body shapes, and images provided as part of our service remain the property of Prime AI ltd. The client has no right to use, modify, or share these materials in any ways.
Billing and Payments
All fees are due on a monthly basis, beginning from the date of subscription. Payments will be billed automatically via PayPal. If the payment method fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service with immediate effect. If you require other billing or payment options please contact us. (link to contact)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The integration fee is non-refundable at any point. If you wish to cancel your 6 months subscription, please contact our customer service team .
Price Guarantee and Changes
Prices for our services are guaranteed for six months. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time.
Data Hosting and Privacy
For clients from the EU, services will be hosted on EU servers. We comply with all General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will meet your specific needs.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising from this Agreement and all agreements ancillary to it.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
