Credits Explained!
A credit represents one Try On Attempt. When you upload an image, the system will try to generate a virtual try-on for that image. Most images successfully produce a virtual try-on, but not every upload is guaranteed to work. Each upload attempt successful or not uses one credit if it reaches the final stage
Credits have a total life span of 60 days from their initial purchase. After 30 days they become “Rollover Credits” and 30 days after that they expire.
Rollover Credits
Rollover credits are what your unused credits become after 30 days.
For example: if you buy 100 credits and have 10 left after 30 days, those 10 automatically turn into rollover credits. They last for another 30 days before expiring, giving you extra time to use them, but once that second 30-day period ends, any unused rollover credits are removed.

Our virtual try on is designed to give you a realistic preview of how clothing might look on a human body. However, it’s important to understand that the results are not perfect and should be considered illustrative, not exact representations. It will differ in real life.
Granular Details
The AI may sometimes hallucinate or modify details. For certain styles, achieving 100% accuracy is not possible.
Fit and Appearance
The AI ensures that clothing looks nice and fitting, regardless of body shape. But it should not be considered an exact representation of how the clothing will drape in real life.
Body shape adjustments
In some cases, the AI may subtly alter the person’s body, making areas appear slightly slimmer or fuller to better fit the garment.
Other scenarios
Very complex patterns, unusual lighting, or non-standard poses may also affect accuracy.

I want to use generated images on my PDPs. How I can extract dressed images?
You can simply right click and save any given image generated by Virtual Try On, but this might not be fully suitable for what you’re looking for.
For instance you might want to dress a catalogue of items, in this case, reach out to us.
Can I just use the API?
Absolutely, we understand that you like to keep things under your own control and can absolutely accommodate such a setup. In such a setup, we will provide you documentation for how to interact with our Virtual Try On API.
What if I don’t use Shopify?
Many of our clients do not use Shopify and that is perfectly fine. We will work with you to integrate the Virtual Try On Solution into your platform. If you don’t run on Shopify and want this soluition, reach out to us
What if I run out of credits?
If you’re using our Shopify App solution, the widget will simply not display the virtual try on button. The button will only ever display when you have available credits (including rollover credits).
On the day you run out of credits, you will be notified.
I want a inline button instead of the floating one
Want to use an inline button instead of the floating one? No problem. Here’s how to set it up on Shopify:
Disable the Floating Button
Go to your theme settings, navigate to app embeds on the left hand side, and simply uncheck the app.Add the Inline Button
If your store uses Shopify Online Store 2.0 (the version that supports app blocks), you can place the button anywhere you like:Go to the page or section where you want the button to appear.
Click the blue “+” icon to add a new block.
Select Apps, then choose our app.
Drop the button into the exact spot you want.

How do I buy credits?
If you’re using our Shopify App solution, navigate to the “Billing” page and select a plan / set of credits that suites you best. If you’re outside of the Shopify solution then we will work together to find a system that best works for you to purchase credits as all platforms are different.
How many credits should I buy?
If you’re just testing it out, we suggest going with the smallest plan first. Our 30 credits offering. That gives you 30 test requests. If you’re planning on committing to this solution we suggest buying more than 30 so your customers have more opportunity to use this tool
Can I buy recurring subscription?
Absolutely, if you’re using our Shopify solution, navigate to the billing page within the app. And check the check box of the plan that you wish to setup as a monthly subscription.
