The acceptable use policy described in Section 2 (the “AUP”) specifies guidelines for users of Prime AI services. By using Prime AI\u2019s services, accessing our website located at <\/span>www.prime-ai.com<\/span><\/a>, you agree to the latest version of the AUP and Prime AI\u2019s response in accordance with Section 3. Prime AI may modify the AUP at any time by posting a revised version on the Website and providing notice on the Website that the AUP has been updated. Anyone may report a violation of the AUP by following the instructions in Section 3. If you violate the AUP or authorise or help others to do so, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Prime AI services or the Website.<\/span><\/p>

2. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Prime AI\u2019s services shall not be used by any person or entity:<\/span><\/p>

2.1 <\/b>– in any way that violates any applicable local or international laws or regulations;<\/span><\/p>

2.2 <\/b>– for fraudulent purposes;<\/span><\/p>

2.3 <\/b>– for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way, including by uploading inappropriate content or exposing them to it;<\/span><\/p>

2.4 <\/b>– to store, publish, display, or transmit explicit, inappropriate defamatory, infringing, libelous, harassing, abusive, threatening or otherwise unlawful or tortious material;<\/span><\/p>

2.5 <\/b>– to store, publish, display or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights;<\/span><\/p>

2.6 <\/b>– to send unsolicited messages or postings, including bulk upload images or commercial advertising, informational announcements and “spam”;<\/span><\/p>

2.7 <\/b>– to compromise or attempt to compromise the security of any Prime AI or third-party network, system, server, or account;<\/span><\/p>

2.8 <\/b>– to impersonate or attempt to impersonate Prime AI, Prime AI\u2019s personnel, another subscriber or user, or any other person or entity; or<\/span><\/p>

2.9 <\/b>– in any way that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Prime AI\u2019s services or which, as determined by Prime AI, may harm Prime AI or users of Prime AI services or expose them to liability.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

As a Software as a service provider that hosts subscribers\u2019 content, storage and removal of hosted content by Prime AI\u2019s services occurs automatically based on the actions of our subscribers. Reports of a violation of the AUP described in Section 2 by our subscribers\u2019 content that are directed to Prime AI should:<\/span><\/p>
